Sales/ Marketing
X Managing the sales/ marketing functions for enhancing market share of products & services.
X Monitoring periodic sales targets & driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing front-line sales team to achieve them.
X Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
Business Development/ Promotion
X Analysing business potential & executing strategies to drive sales augment turnover & achieve targets.
X Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
X Understanding overall operations for improvement of existing products with thrust on reducing product cost based on market trends/ requirements.
X Organizing promotion activities by developing new communication mix & managing product launch.
Channel Management
X Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/ channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
X Ensuring effective receivable management by maintaining stringent credit control thereby reducing the incidence of bad debts and meeting collection targets.
Customer Support
X Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
X Monitoring post service activities like follow up with customers, service reminders.
X Developing and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent Turn around Time (TAT) for delivery and standard service quality norms.
