Recruitment & Placement:
Consult and coordinate with team regarding recruitment requisition.
Candidate scrutinization and sourcing by using Internal database, referrals and other creative means.
Conducting recruitment formalities both in person and over the phone.
Negotiating the salary and terms of employment.
Training & Development:
Conducting Induction for newly joined.
Conducting session on Interpersonal Communication skills, Email and conference call etiquettes.
Payroll & Other Responsibilities:
Handling all payroll related activities.
Fresh-book and Timesheet Management System.
Help employees to complete the joining and release formalities by issuing Offer letter, Appointment letter, Relieving letter, Confirmation letter, Experience certificate.
Scheduling Exit Interview and handling the queries related to full and final settlement.
Generating monthly reports like Attendance Report, Leave Status Report & Payroll structure of every month.
Maintaining employee personal Files and Verification of Selected Employee.
Conducting the Performance Appraisal cycle.
Framing, analyzing and revising the existing HR policies, I. T Policy and company handbook designing.
