JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As Manager
Accounts & Operations

a)
Accounts Management
1. To maintain all the register related to sale, purchase, C. S. T., C form,38 Form, Inward & outward & E. S. I.
2. To maintain party wise ledgers contains all the related Dr & Cr. transactions.
3. Collect Form C from all parties on periodical basis.
4. To collect & issue form no 38 wherever applicable.
5. To prepare & maintain Dr vouchers on daily basis.
6. To preparation of Challan of Central Sales Tax of the unit & deposit the same on monthly basis.
7. To prepare & maintain proper records of E. S. I. in accordance to Employee & Employer share.
8. To do Reconciliation of Bank A/ c & Parties A/ c.
9. To issue Invoice against sale of material with applying VAT & Central Sales Tax.

b)
Payments & Collections
1. To make payments to the Creditors on regular basis
2. To intimate & collect the payments from the Debtors on weekly basis.
3. To reimbursement the expenses of staff & workers.
4. Maintain petty cash of the industry for day to day expenses.

c)
Inventory management
1. To keep proper record of all the inventory i. e. raw material, finished goods, scrap etc.
2. To keep & maintain register of all the incoming & outgoing material and do reconcile with stock register.
3. To get arrange the raw material in advance so that production & supply shall not be hamper.

d)
Controlling
1. Control over whole unit i. e. office & production.
2. Control over all the staff & workers on their punctuality
3. Control to minimise wastage & expenses of the unit.

As Branch Manager Accounts & Operations

a)
A/ c & PDC Management
1. To get fill-up all the Blank PDCs with affixing rubber stamp of payees name & store them in safe custody.
2. To do reconciliation of all the Bank A/ c, Dealers A/ c, Sundry Deposit A/ c, Suspense A/ c & customers A/ c.

b)
Credit Appraisal
1. Mapping clients requirements and providing them with best credit solutions to suit their needs.
2. Collecting information from customer and their references through Telephone Verification (TVR). And cross checking the same with provided information on application form.

c)
Correspondence
1. Correspondence with Head Office & Regional Office
2. Correspondence with Recovery Agencies.
3. Correspondence with diff departments. i. e. collection, Marketing and Customer care.

d)
Customer & Dealer Service
1. Direct interactions with Customers & Dealers and provide them solution according to their requirements.
2. Update Customers & Dealers for the payments.
