Client: Canara Bank Project: Canara Bank HRMS 9.0 Implementation. Duration : Nov,2007 to till May 2009. Team Size 3Role: Team Member, Absence Management Implementation. Environment : PeopleSoft 9.0, People Tools 8.49, HP Unix, Oracle 10g.. The project has been implemented for Indias one of the biggest public sector bank. Bank has 45000 employees working in its various branches (4000), regional offices (71) and Circle Offices (32) in India. The Bank provides a wide array of alternative delivery channels that include over 1900 ATMs- covering 680 centers,1157 branches providing Internet and Mobile Banking (IMB) services and 1833 branches offering 'Anywhere Banking' services. Under advanced payment and settlement system,1693 branches of the Bank offer Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) and National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). Responsibilities: Worked as a techno functional consultant in Absence Management Implementation. Involved in requirement gathering from the users during initial phase of implementation. Involved in efforts estimations, High Level Design Documents. Worked as a team lead for Absence Management in the later stage of Implementation. Created all setups and processing elements related to absence management. Created Customized Absence balance page other than delivered Absence balance page.
