Production Operations-:
Good understanding & experience in operations planning, material requirement planning, shop floor and inventory control
Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices.
Setting up production targets and achieving the same within time and cost parameters.
Optimising man & machine utilisation to achieve pre set production targets.
Review and revise the assembly procedures to bring the consistency in the results and eliminate the non value adding activities and improve the productivity.
Handle and attend the line stoppages, which may be due to quality issues, material issue, equipment failure or operator based issues.
Support mechanical maintenance activities in terms of day to day breakdown and mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic system improvement.

Quality Assurance-:
Taking stringent quality measures including preparation/ maintenance of necessary documents and conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards.
Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with ISO 9001 quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.
Corrective and preventive actions for the problems arise during engine assembly and testing.
Develop work instructions, check sheet, Control plan and FMEA for new process.
Improve quality and capability of systems and processes.
Ensure zero defect of outgoing Products.
Customer Complaints Resolution through Corrective and Preventive actions.

Man Management-:
Managing a team and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce; addressing training needs to enhance morale and skills of staff and workmen.
Leading/ motivating team of persons, ensuring career development and positive contribution to the company.
Mentoring Skill, Team Building Skill and Conflict Resolution.
Facilitate that the Associates follow the Team Based Work System, achieve their Team
Measures and take them to next level of development.
