Project Name: Loyalty
Project Description: Loyalty program is a structured marketing effort that reward, and encourage, loyal buying behavior. In ITC LRBD Loyalty program recognizes and rewards the loyal customers by providing loyalty card. By presenting the card, the purchaser is entitled to an allotment of loyalty points that can be used for future purchases. In loyalty program, cards are classified in mentioned categories i. e. Privilege, Silver, Gold and Platinum respectively depending on the purchases made by the customer(s).

Maintenance and Monitoring of Loyalty database
Maintenance and Monitoring of CMM database.
Maintenance and Monitoring of LMPOS database.
Monitoring of Log files
Maintenance and Monitoring activities included verifying that databases are up, databases have enough space in the tablespaces, reviewing alert logs, etc.
Recovery of database.
Verifying alert log file and resolving errors obtained.
Daily Exporting All Tables and Taking Hot Backup, Archive logs backups to disk as well as to tapes. Sometimes Cold backup.
Table space monitoring and Resource monitoring
Adding data file to table space and managing the Loyalty and CMM database users.
Checking Alert log file for diagnosing the database.
Every week once export the table and import into backup server
Analyzing the table to collect the statistics as well as Rebuilding the index and creating indexes for faster access.
Analyzing all the Components logs
Monitoring The customer Status, Stores database status, Customer Points status, Customer Transaction Status, Customer Net Purchase value status
Loading and transforming data using SQL Loader, etc
