Job Responsibilities
 Responsible for
o EXIM (Export, Import) happening out of Loni Terminal.
o B2B Marketing in NCR region and achieving fixed target sales.
 Mapping (Business Development) Corridor Wise and Geography Wise for new commodities to carry on our rake.
 Liaising with CWC and Railways to ensure timely rake movement out of Loni ICD (Inland Container Depot).
 Calculating Market Share weekly and suggesting ways to improve it.

 New weekly train service launch from Loni to Mundra Port in 4 months.
 Improvement in fill factor in existing rakes by proper and better planning.
 Given charge of Loni terminal in just 4 months after job start.
 Initiating direct marketing for containers (earlier it has been through middlemen and agents).

Project Executed

Project in B2B Logistics on starting a new rake in EXIM.
There were three rakes running in EXIM from Loni JNPT
The project was aimed at suggesting how a new rake can be inserted in EXIM.
Mundra service was found to be suitable and finally after lot of team efforts and discussions, a new rake has been successfully launched in Loni-Mundra export route.

 Loni-Mundra Route was proposed, mapped
 Filled tenders for Imports in shipping companies for the first time and bagged some significant orders.
 Appointed new customers/ freight forwarders for export movement.
