Make necessary entries for new joiners in the HRIS system.
Preparing monthly payroll of UAE, QATAR, KUWAIT & Oman.
Preparing monthly turnover reports.
Assists in legal process for visa stamping & national Id of employees.
Involve in performance review process, keeping employee records up to date.
Keep record of employees status change i. e. confirmation, probation, medical insurance, bank a/ c opening, leave administration, Repatriation, employee exit interview etc of GCC.
Managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.
Maintain appraisal and forwarding it to the HOD for the further procedure.
Analyze the issue by giving warning through verbally or written by issuing warning letter till termination of employees due to continuous absenteeism, no prior intimation before taking leaves, unable to reach assigned targets, lack of ownership & responsibility or any other reason as informed by department head.
Implement, review, redesign and introduce HR policies.
Assists in the development and implementation of an employee handbook and new personnel policies and procedures.
