- Looking for candidates with at-least 2-3 years of experience in the same domain, monitoring all the calls and ensuring the seamless flow of process and procedures in the customer service domain,
- A quality analyst will be responsible for Identifying and implementing the best practices in the industry in order to provide the best quality services.
- Candidate should posses critical thinking, good decision making skills and analytical skills and awesome communication(verbal and written).
Timings : General, day shift
Working days: 6 days (no fixed Sundays)
Salary : Between 30,000 to 45000 pm
Experience : 2 to 5 Yrs
