Hiring for Customer Care Executive in the TRANSPORT industry OF CANADA & US. Customer Relationship Officers/ Call Centre Executive.
Brief Job Description: Individuals required to provide full support by interacting with customers over the phone/ E-mails.
They also handle, follow and resolve customers queries, taking orders thru E-Mails and provide order status requests and complaints in a timely manner.
Please note no sales or Tech. support kind of calling.
Personal Attributes: This job requires the individual to have good communication skills with a clear voice, ability to construct simple and
sensible sentences; ability to comprehend simple English sentences; good problem solving skills and ability to approach problems logically; strong
customer service focus; ability to work under pressure and active listening skills.
The individual should also be willing and comfortable to work in all shifts.
US/ CANADA ACCENT IS A PLUS POINT BUT NOT MANDATORY.

Minimum Educational Qualifications - 10+2 or equivalent
Maximum Educational Qualifications - Graduate in any stream
Final year result awaiting candidates are also welcome.
Will provide full Training

0-2 year of work experience
Good Communication skills in English
