Ensure to maintain Visitor Register, Courier register on daily basis.
Ensure to maintain all In & Out form on daily basis making entry in Excel sheet. Ensure to check all material which comes in & goes out.
Making complete records and management of requisition forms of internal purchase requirements along with verification of certified approvals.
Complete office asset management along with its maintenance and addressing issues regarding the same in collaboration with maintenance vendors.
Supervising housekeeping activities in the organization and managing along with
ensuring the availability of pantry essentials of day to day requirements.
Complete stationery requirement management of the office.
Complete management & record of the Library.
Making & Submitting comprehensive reports on receipt against expenditures of Pantry, IT, Library & Stationery.
Taking care of all house keeping duties, tidy and maintaining the whole office area.
Educational Qualification : Minimum Graduate
Work Experience : Minimum 0 - 2yrs
Key Competencies : 1. Extremely Proficient in co-ordinating through mails
2. Accuracy in Creating, Maintaining & Managing Reports.
3. knowledge of computers and relevant software application
Excellent Communication Skills.
Ability to Multi task.
Able to work Independently.
Ready to work for Long hours.
Hard-working & Organized.
Excellent in drafting mails with average speed of 30-40wpm.
