International TECH SUPPORT PROCESS (GOLBAL CAPACITY/ MEGAPATH/ MICROS/ NOC):
Scope: Managing incoming calls from the customers using Broadband services which includes Customer inquiries on service/ repair related issues and demonstrate ability to communicate clearly; Should
have certification in CCNA.
Skillset: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Basic level technical competence in a Windows/ MAC based environment
Must be self-motivated, client-centric, and possess the ability to apply knowledge to resolve issues
Ability to multi-task
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Education Qualification: 10+2/ 10+3/ BE/ B. Tech
Work Window & Shifts:24/ 7, Rotational Shifts
Week offs:5 Days Work/ week, Rotational week offs
