Handle full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing candidates for selected positions.
Partner directly with recruiters to source and identify candidates needed to drive growth.
Use advanced search functions to find passive candidates with unique skills and expertise.
Source candidates through a variety of online and social media tools.
Learn quickly from feedback to modify search and identify more relevant candidates.
Build relationships with possible future candidates to develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure a candidate experience that maximizes the ability to close candidates.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the companys applicant tracking system.
Partner with U. S. -based recruiters to drive the development and execution of recruiting strategy for each position; use new and innovative strategies to target both active and passive candidates.
Establish a good vendor network; deal effectively with vendors & rate negotiations.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
Have the ability to understand complex job requirements and design efficient search strategies using English language.
Learn terms and uses for a variety of technologies
Know how to assess a resume or profile to determine how relevant it is to a specific job description.
Be able to manage priorities and source candidates for multiple requisitions.
Be able to work both autonomously and on teams
Be comfortable working in a faced paced high pressure environment
Expert on sourcing through various Job Boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, HotJobs, Corp-Corp and networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and also knowledge of various free job sites
Ability to hire on different positions like Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Permanent Placements.
Have good working knowledge of various US taxation policies relating to OPT, CPT, C2C, Corp to Corp, W2,1099, EAD, GC and Citizens.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Minimum Relevant Experience: 4 to 7+ Years
Strong written English comprehension.
At least 3 years of effective, efficient sourcing for complex or leading-edge technologies.
Proven knowledge of where to find top technical talent and how to use tools, sites, etc. In order to gain access to them
Experience in partnering with US Hiring team - US Recruiters, Hiring managers, technical interviewers, and candidates to identify and define talent needs required to drive the companys growth.
This position requires in-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies for US IT Recruitment and Staffing processes and terminologies.
