Job Description
Provide First - level Semi-Technical Support on basic operations of products. Guide customer in using the products. Troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Issues. Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.

Job Duties Involve
1. Installing and configuring computer systems
2. Diagnosing and solving hardware/ software faults
3. Logging customer/ employee queries
4. Analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
5. Excellent communication skills in English
