Avankia software Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a Functional Business Analyst to join our growing information technology team in support of high-profile projects. Qualified candidate will support High level financial, business, and economic processes for medium to large projects hosted at the client center.
The Functional Business Analyst will own and drive new features from high level requirements through operational delivery. He/ she will evaluate both business and product requirements in order to generate functional specifications and act as a liaison between our customers and the Motricity engineering teams. In addition, the Functional Business Analyst will work closely with our Customer Program Managers to deliver new wireless applications to our carrier partners and support on-going operations.
Support High level financial, business, and economic processes and matters related to:
o Investment decisions analysis
o Cost-benefit/ trade-off analysis
o Risk analysis
o Cost analysis
o Software cost estimation
o Economic analysis
o Budget formulation and justification
o Business requirements development
o Business case development
o Business needs statements
o Business impacts/ assumptions/ constraints
Research and develop program performance measures and/ or IT metrics to achieve strategic goals
Evaluate and track program performance progress
Other duties may include performing administrative tasks in functional areas such as Finance, Human Resources or Purchasing
May prepare budgets, project schedules and statistical reports as required
Represent organizational unit in administrative matters
Recommend, interpret and implement company and internal administrative policies and procedures

Bachelors Degree or equivalent Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems
2+ years of applicable experience in financial management, OMB budgetary requirements and administrative activities such as budgeting, staffing, resource planning and financial reporting
Ability to use statistical/ mathematical applications as well as decision science techniques
Preferred Skills/ Experience:
Experience utilizing sophisticated modeling tools and techniques.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
CRM and Accounting Background.
Technical Writer experience is added advantage.
