Role Summary:
Senior Software engineer for Healthcare IT(HCIT) Centricity Enterprise Top tier program will be responsible for design and implementation of software products within HCIT Enterprise Solutions. The person will be responsible for building timely and high quality product capabilities based on the directives from the upstream marketing and Product experts. The Senior Software engineer delivers technical content, performance, intellectual property and quality deliverables for an NPI program. The position has design and coding responsibility to ensure that product programs achieve all design objectives required to meet customer and business needs, including: feature and functionality, quality, reliability, serviceability, regulatory and compliance.

Essential Responsibilities:
Duties include (but are not limited to):
* Developing new application features by working with teams and customers.
* Working with cross-functional groups in requirements gathering for new applications
* Responsible for design/ coding and testing of the applications/ features.
* Responsible for the work products for the applications/ features
* Statistical/ quantitative analysis to improve software quality-Adheres to processes laid out and supports compliance to Quality Systems Requirements

Quality Specific Goals:
* Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/ position
* Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
* Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
* Support compliance/ closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/ Program Deliverables
* Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.
* C#. NET Framework OR Java
* Knowledgeable on the OOAD concepts and database tuning & performance, debugging and testing.
* Possess strong analytical abilities, ability to independently design scalable components or subsystems, ability to adapt to dynamic environment, work with people and use analytical skills to bring clarity to user needs and convert to requirements
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and good interpersonal skills
* B. Tech/ B. E or MCA from Premier Institute
