| Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handling calls regarding various
queries and maintaining relationship
with them. Getting these queries
solved through coordination with the
respective department, Branch or sub-
broker.
* Providing account information.
* Product/ Process Query handling
* Coordination with all Departments.
* To explain the clients about various
investment products and solving
their queries.
* Responsible for educating on
services offered.
* Ensure maximum resolution on phone.
* Complaint logging, tracking and
closing. Solve customer disputes and
queries.
* Cross-selling the new products and
policies.
* Process improvement. Identify steps
in work processes. Identify
improvement opportunities and
propose timely suggestions.
* To escalate the complaints to the
concerned Manger and coordinate for
early settlement of the same. |
| Candidate Profile The candidate should be a graduate with good communication skills, Basic Computer Knowledge & Presentable.
Should have experience in Stock Broking. Knowledge of RMS, DP Operations, A/ c Opening and Client query handling. |
