Principal Accountability

1) To be responsible for all financial activities relating to billing, issue of statements and settlement/ collection of amounts due from wholesale customers.

2) To develop, maintain and operate the underlying billing system to efficiently support the timely and accurate billing of wholesale customers.

3) To ensure all financial transactions pertaining to wholesale billing and collections are reflected in the companys books of account in a timely and accurate manner.

4) Ensure roaming revenue and amounts due is correctly reflected in Companys books of account in accordance with relevant roaming agreements and roaming clearing houses.

5) Ensure continuous monitoring of wholesale customers indebtedness and applying Credit Management measures to increase collections and reduce Days (DTO).

Recognized professional qualification such as CMA, ACCA or MBA.

Excellent analytical & conceptual abilities.

Quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills are essential.

Good understanding of Telecoms networks (Fixed, Mobile and informatics).

Problem Solver & results driven attitude.

Fully aware of ITU regulations and regulatory affairs conventions.

Entrepreneurial mind set, commercial awareness, & excellent negotiation skills.

Familiarity with computer programs such as MS Windows/ Excel/ PowerPoint.

Fluent in oral and written English.
