Educational

- Graduate, Commerce preferred

- Management degree/ diploma would be an added advantage

- IT courses would also count as an added advantage

- CAIIB/ JAIIB would also count as an added advantage

Proficiency

- Should be computer literate, comfortable with basic Office applications

- Experience of working in computerized banking environment, on modern banking applications would be an added advantage

- If already familiar with use of Flexcube software/ Business Objects (BO) reporting software, it will be an added advantage

Experience

Minimum 15 years banking experience predominantly in focus areas detailed below, with at least 5 6 years experience in supervisor level in a commercial bank (PSBs/ Private/ Foreign)

The work demands high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, respecting deadlines, good knowledge of excel and various reporting platforms (FETERS, XOS), good knowledge of banking regulations (RBI/ FEDAI/ FEMA/ EXIM Policy/ UCPDC).
