Create custom visual Flex 3. 0/ 4. 0 components
Translate screen mockups into fully functional applications
Determine tradeoffs, estimates, and overall approach to work as an individual contributor
Collaborate with Product Management and UI designer to clarify requirements and designs

Key Technologies: Adobe Flex builder 3. 0/ 4. 0, ActionScript 3. 0 or higher, Adobe Integrated Runtime environment (AIR)
