Minimum education required: Qualified CA
Minimum work experience required: 3-4 years
Special skills required:
1) Hands on experience in Finalization
2) Ability to handle Accounts independently
3) Exposure to Insurance Domain and ERP Accounting would be an added advantage
4) Strong Analytical skills
5) Good working knowledge of MS Office and specifically MS Excel
6) Strong Communication Skills required as the position demands interaction with offices located in Europe & Americas

Description of duties & responsibilities:

Role involves maintaining end-to-end Captive Insurance Companys financial and underwriting information by liaison between various AIM offices in Europe and Americas:
Take lead in maintaining, monitoring and financial reporting of Captive Insurance companies accounts within the given time frame
Preparing of monthly/ quarterly Trial balance, P&L Account & Balance Sheet, bank reconciliation and other routine matters.
Analyzing and updating underwriting statistics
Ensuring correct classification of accounts and disclosure in the financial statements. Mapping chart of accounts to ensure the account groups are properly classified
Carrying out analytical review of expenses. Analysis of Trial Balance and Reconciliation of Ledger Accounts
Applying multi-currency accounting procedures to account for forex gain/ loss
Assists in review of test processes as they are developed. Suggest steps to improve the process reduce processing time involved in completion of different accounting related back office process
Quick response on query resolution with the respective European/ American offices
Contribute in achieving team objectives

Salary Band - 2 LPA to 7. 5 LPA (Lacs per annum)

1. The individual should be Qualified accountant i. e. completed CA/ ICWAI. Importance can be given for CA profiles.
2. Please don't share any profiles i. e. whoever had worked with an Auditing company.
3. The person should have excellent communication skills.
4. The relevant yrs of experience can be considered from the month & Year of passing of CA/ ICWAI
