We are looking to recruit self-motivated Tele Prospecting/ Tele Callers to join our Pune Based team.

You will be responsible for maintaining CRM data, Sales List Building, B2B prospecting and lead generation with focused cold calling.

This is an inside sales position. Further opportunities for growth in international inside sales career will be made available for the committed, successful and consistent candidate.

Hours of work are between 7PM 4AM (USA time) Monday - Friday
Salary will be based on experience, skills and past experience.

Excellent command over English is a MUST (Oral, Written and Presentation Skills)
Motivated, Accurate, Quick and Dynamic
Experienced in cold calling, Appointment Setting
Sound computer skills.
Basic Knowledge of IT.

Preference:
Previous experience in IT/ ITES business development/ out-bound sales
Ability to understand and communicate on Phone
