The Technical Manager shall be responsible for positioning solutions and products that are most appropriate for the specific customer(s) in the Key Account. The Technical Manager shall strive to achieve optimal balance between maximising profitability and delivering a cost-effective solution for the customer.

When solutions and products are provided to a customer in response to a request from the customer, the Technical Manager shall be responsible for ensuring that the technical requirements are adequately captured, documented and has to ensure the feasibility of the implementation of the technical solution

Regular flow of information to customer on product enhancements and new solutions. Also on LTB, product discontinuation and obsoleteness.

In preparing a proposal (or contract), and delivering solution the Technical Manager shall be responsible for the following activities or deliverables :

Network design (including RND/ TND/ CND/ MPBN) and system dimensioning

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and telecommunications with at least 5-6 years of relevant experience.
