We are looking to recruit self-motivated Tele Prospecting/ Telemarketing/ Lead Generation Executives to join our Pune Based team.
The ideal candidate will be a driven, self starter with a hunger for success. You will be responsible for maintaining CRM data, Sales List Building, b2b prospecting and lead generation with focused cold calling.
This is an inside sales position. Further opportunities for growth in international inside sales career will be made available for the committed, successful and consistent candidate.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Excellent command over English is a MUST (Oral, Written and Presentation Skills)
Motivated, Accurate, Quick and Dynamic
Experienced in cold calling, lead generation, Appointment Setting
Sound computer skills
Basic Knowledge of IT.
Preference
Previous experience in IT/ ITES business development/ out-bound sales
Ability to understand and communicate on Phone
