| Job Description Design and implement various strategies, viz POPs, Stock maintenance, Display, Customer Interaction, Promotional Schemes/ Marketing Campaigns to improve the footfall and profits.
Ensure target achievement as prescribed by the management through effective strategies & customer handling.
Handle cash and prepare credit, sales, cash and stock reports as a part of daily closings while managing the expenses of the store while maintaining the daily and monthly accounts ledgers.
Manage the whole material management of the store through SAP, place orders to restock the merchandise while managing the outflow & inflow of the inventory by recording the day-to-day transactions. Perform stock indenting & FIFO management.
Provide effective and inspirational leadership to the team through regular training, motivation and performance appraisals in order to achieve set targets in sales volumes.
Interact with the customers to understand their needs/ requirements while assisting them for the required services and maintaining customer relationships to build the future perceptiveness.
Accountable for handling the cash through companys software & depositing the cash with the bank on daily basis while maintaining the records for the same.
Managed the till while assisting the cashiers and customers during the rush/ heavy sales period.
Report to the District Manager/ ASM over the regular proceedings & development of the store. Coordinate with the H. O. for supplies to ensure adequate stock, customer complaints, feedback from customers & team of 20 people, etc. |
