experience : 2-3 Yrs

Required Skills/ Domain Knowledge:

Ability to configure and Install Windows-based operating systems including: Windows NT 4. 0, Windows 2000, Windows 2003
Ability to install and configure 3rd party software on Windows-based systems.
Ability to troubleshoot Windows-based software installations
Ability to follow procedural documentation for server builds and daily tasks.
Experience working with Microsoft Office products.
Experience working with Windows 2000/ 2003 Active Directory domains.
Good customer skills including the ability to work with a customer to find a solution.
Ability to understand and compose technical diagrams and documentation
Experience working with Citrix Metaframe XP, Citrix Presentation Server 3. 0/ 4. 0/ 4. 5.
Ability to work within a call management system to handle daily tasks.
Preferred Skills/ Domain Knowledge Strong inter-personal and communication skills and comfortable in a culturally diverse working environment; ability to interact positively with management. Independent problem solving skills; self-motivated.
Ability to multi-task and perform in SLA pressure situations.

Job Description:

Candidate is expected to support Production environment (On Going Support) 12/ 5 and 24/ 2. Day to day work involves
1) Granting access to Citrix published applications
2) Carrying out Sanity Checks, Trend Micro Anti Virus checks etc
3) First level support during Bridge and confernce calls troubleshooting P1/ P2 isues.
4) Windows Administration. - Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 etc. (Server and advanced server)
5) Strong Knowledge in Active Directory concepts like OU, Sites, GPO, FSMO etc
