Responsible for dealing with customer, addressing customer concerns, resolving customer complaints etc
Responsible for establishing service standards & providing quality service to the customers
Responsible for estimating cost of service, time of delivery etc
Maintaining data for warranty claims, parts ordering and service work tracking and reporting
Responsible for coordinating with dockyards, clients, captains, dealers etc for timely delivery of service
Promoting the yachting industry lifestyle to owners and potential owners
Responsible for boat cleaning, diagnosis, repairs and maintenance of boats
Responsible for educating customers on safety standards for power boats |
| Candidate Profile Experience of 10- 15 years
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Working knowledge in yacht motors, out board engines, diesel engines; maintenance of systems in boats
Possesses good Communication Skills
Has experience in customer Service
Engine room artificers/ Mechnicians preferred |
