- having atleast 2 yrs experience in Flash & Adobe
- Should have created Websites/ Demo/ Banners in flash
- Should be a Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Experience in handling international clients
- Experience in creating western country websites.

Communication skills; (preferably) experience with communicating with western clients.
