Manage an off shore office of a US based IT staffing company.
Proficient in Bench Sales, Recruiting, Business Development, Contracts, Mentoring and managing and monitoring all the off shore activities.

At least 7-8 years of experience from IT staffing company with proficient experience and knowledge of Bench Sales, Recruiting, developing leads, executing contracts, mentoring the entire off shore team. Excellent communication skills. Willing to work in night shift.
