Job Description

As a DNA Team member of MindsDirect you would be responsible to recruit, develop and lead a team of HR professionals to meet the organization goals.
You need to be well versed with the following areas of HR
recruitment and selection,
induction- joining formalities,
training and development,
policies and procedures,
performance management system,
performance enhancement system,
performance appraisal,
attrition management,
retention tool kit,
compensation and benefits planning,
competency mapping,
skill audit,
statutory compliance (e. g. PF, PT, ESI, TDS), labor laws, separation formalities, vendor evaluation and management, etc.
To help the most deserving candidates to meet the challenges in the job and to enhance their skills and develop their abilities, we provide a one year extensive practical training in all or most of the functions in HR.

Note: Based on the interview and written test results we would sponsor 75% to 100% of your training cost for a one year extensive practical training on HR Operations.

Rounds of Interview:
1. Personal Interview
2. Written Test
3. HR Interview
4. Final Round

Pre-requisite Conditions for Employment:
Willing to travel anywhere in India and across the globe, on client assignments.
Willing to sign a training agreement for 2 years.
Should be accommodative to the CTC of Rs. 162000. 00.
