Profile would be to utilise a variety of sales and marketing tools and methods in order to sell the services of this hotel to all types of customers, particularly the corporate business market. ( As well as sales of Hotel rooms/ conference/ banqueting/ meeting rooms ).
Both seeking out new business and developing and nurturing existing customers to increase sales levels.
You will develop the sales function to ensure that it is focused on delivering results and achieving budgets and devise and revise the hotels sales strategy in order to continually ensure sales budgets are achieved.
You will represent the hotel to new potential clients with both in house and external appointments.
Candidate Profile
ASM should have experience of minimum 4-6 years. SM should have experience of minimum 6 years in a reputed 3/ 5 Star Hotel.
