- Should have good experience in coordination and communication with customer
- Should be able to guide the team working under him for regular work as well as development
- Should have good knowledge in Incoming Inspection, In process and finished goods inspection
- Should have good knowledge of problem solving tools and using them in regular work
- Should be strong in reading and understanding the drawings and making Inspection standards for the parts as well as Assemblies
- Should have good knowledge of designing and making checking fixtures and gauges for parts and assemblies and checking them
- Should be conversant with TS 16949 system and should have experience in conducting internal audits, etc
- Should be conversant with APQP, HVPT (PPAP, PTR ), etc. Experience in Toyota system is preferred
- Should have good knowledge of Layout Inspection, Process Audit and Product Audit, etc
- Should have good exposure to SQC (Statistical Quality Control), SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- Should have exposure to Supplier audit, Supplier selection, supplier development, etc
- Exposure to welding and pressing will be added advantage
- Exposure to Co ordinate Measuring Machine will be an added advantage
