| Job Description - To support Large Commercial Projects (LCP) business by leading and managing large commercial projects and acting as a single point accountability in managing and providing assurance on business performance of the assigned commercial transactions
- Minimum 5 years industry experience in handling large commercial projects
- Identify new Large Commercial Projects (LCP) opportunities and provide high quality and multi-disciplinary evaluation on potential commercial project opportunities to determine economic and strategic attractiveness Provide assurance to the business and on commercial acceptability of new business opportunities
- Support the business development strategy via leading and implementing a channel/ customer-specific business development strategy, business planning and business performance processes and its measurement
- Lead and/ or support development of specific LCP projects and monitor performance targets
- Identify, engage and develop business relationships with new large commercial customers
- Respond to RFI/ RFP and conduct project-specific development, construction and commercialization
- Participate in and independently conduct financial modeling effort
- Establish and manage relationships with external solar project developers/ partners.
- Candidate is expected to work with minimal supervision and to network independently with leadership team members. The position offers excellent opportunity to develop leadership and strategic thinking skills while helping to further expand the Large Commercial Projects (LCP) business.
- Essential experience in Large commercial power project development and/ or financing
- Demonstrated sound analytical and problem-solving skills, numerate with a good level of financial modeling understanding
- Capability to structure, negotiate and manage key project agreements for large commercial PV projects
- Understanding of local and global IPP/ Renewable and/ or power project business including financial decision-making, planning and analysis
- A high level of competence in understanding and presenting executive management information
- Energetic, self-starting and able to take ideas and run with them without undue supervision
- Work co-operatively to enhance effectiveness, share ideas and successes
- Demonstrated ability to develop large commercial power projects
