| Job Description - The candidate is responsible for overall finance and accounts activities.
- Preparation and reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and accounts statements as per US/ Germany/ Indian Standards.
- Preparation and recommendation of Budgets and continuous monitoring; establish cost standards and saving opportunities.
- Assist and establish financial policies and procedures and ensure communication and adherence to the same.
- Handling statutory and other audits. |

- Working experience with audit and manufacturing set-up.
