JOB DESCRIPTION :
Designs, develops instructional content for customer training that support company s e-learning solutions.
Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.
Writes, reviews and visualize storyboards.
Creates guidelines/ specifications documents.
Candidate Profile
JOB SPECIFICATION :
Experience in Govt. project like Women-child development, Watershed, Rain water harvesting, Agriculture etc., (A SME with these experience without ID knowledge will also be preferred) would be desirable.
Have good command of the English Language both verbal and written.
Be skilled in using Microsoft Office suite/ Multimedia/ authoring tools.
Should have knowledge of instructional design practices, able to work independently or in a team.
