Bachelor of engineering or graduate degree in IT from a recognized university.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant area with a reputed IT organization
Should have recognized certificates in: Microsoft & Computer hardware maintenance and trouble shooting
Candidate should have through Knowledge & Experience of PCs, Printers and other desktop solutions
Assign and ensure completion of daily tasks to Desktop support team
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop related issues
Coordinate with suppliers for issues related to desktop maintenance and support
Proficient with networking is preferred
Should have good communication and documentation skills
