2 Plus years of experience
Knowledge of -
Excellent/ Perfect command of spoken and written English
An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
A friendly personality and patience
Comfortable telephone manner
Result-oriented and ability to generate ideas.
Flexibility over working hours
Excellent keyboard skills (minimum 35 wpm)
Sound knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office packages and email
Should have worked for Any Overseas Education Co. For US and UK Process Only
Responsibilities -
Counseling students on the opportunities in study at overseas education institutions represented by the company.
Active follow -up with students on the opportunities to study in the overseas and assistance with applying for visa, accommodation and to prepare students for their studies in the overseas.
Assistance with activities to promote foreign education institutions represented by the company.
Maintaining accurate ledger and computer records of students counseled and applications sent to various universities.
Liaising by phone, email, letter, fax with students, other offices and overseas institutions represented.
Undertaking project work as delegate by the next level managers in place.
Assisting with the general running of the office if any to ensure smooth operations. |
