Job Purpose:
To Process plastic materials in all the plastic related departments. Processing of the injection molding materials on the machine, stabilize and optimize the process of Injection molding, Extrusion, Plastic collating machines. New raw materials development as per the customer requirement, and also need to advise the management in plastic materials for the products in development, need to develop plastic suppliers and also related to plastic materials. Need to liaison with design and product development department for optimization. Independently able to develop new plastic formulations for the products manufactured in the company for cost effective and stability of the product. Develop new plastic related products.
Need to develop standard operating procedures on the process of plastics. Develop plastic standard test methods for various plastics products as per the standards, ASTM, ISO, DIN etc. Improve the existing products & tools for the better productivity.
Need to have knowledge in thermo plastic, thermo set, and extrusion machines.
Need to have knowledge on Thermo plastic, PVC, thermo forming, vacuum forming processing and its materials.
Need to have thorough knowledge on PP, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, and Engineering plastics,
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Plastic materials developed for various products.
2. New products developed
3. Coordinate with the Suppliers for materials and new products required by the organization.
4. Coordinate with design, production department for new developments.
5. Prepare SOPs for all process in the plant.
6. Prepare new formulations for plastics and process of the products and documenting it according to ISO procedures.
7. Create new procedures for developing the products.
8. Must be committed to work in different shifts on the shop floor.
9. Follow safety rules and regulations.
10. Should be able to work as a team player

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Diploma in plastic processing CIPET/ Polymer technology/ Plastic related institutes
Plastic processing Engineer having an experience on plastic processing of different plastics.
2 3 years experience in plastic processing industry
Complete Understanding of Product standards, capable of Developing new products,
Technical knowhow on plastic processing/ Plastic properties/ formulations
Working experience on injection and extrusion machines
Product design, mold design, ACAD, 3-d modeling softwares knowledge is added advantage
Remuneration
Salary AED 1500 AED 2000/ - Per Month
Bachelor sharing accommodation provided by the company in Jabel Ali Free zone-Dubai
One Time Food free.
Incentives will be provided by the company based on production performance.
