| Job Description Job Purpose:
To follow the production plan, Quality assurance on the product and process, Maintain the chemicals and follow up with maintenance (spare parts inventory), Material handling, Follow up for the materials from the purchase, Trouble shooting, process analysis to improve the process, Rejection control and its root cause analysis, House Keeping and Productivity improvement.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Follow the production plan and meeting the target on daily basis.
- Coordinate with the Quality dept to maintain the quality products and process.
- Maintain the records of preventive maintenance break down maintenance and shut down maintenance.
- Must be committed to work in different shifts on the shop floor.
- Follow safety rules and regulations.
- Should be able to work as a team player
- Maintain the customer specific requirements & ISO procedures.

Production efficiency
Rejection control
5S at Work Places
Monitoring/ maintaining QC requirements
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
B. Sc. Chemistry.
1 2 years experience in a manufacturing Industry.
Working experience on day to day activities in the production line.
Knowledge in electroplating, phosphating, RO etc.
Salary AED 2, 000 per month
Bachelor sharing accommodation provided by the company in JAFZA.
Free food or Food allowance will be provided.
Transportation will be provided by the company.
Bonus +Incentive; Will be decided based on the performance.
