| Job Description ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:
1. The candidate will look after dispatches from all warehouses located in All Across India.
2. The candidate will look after arrival of goods and inventory management.
3. The candidate will look after transportation which includes road permits and other commercial documentation. He will also be responsible for monitoring company owned vehicles and their performance.
4. The candidate will look after warehouse administration including proper stacking, warehouse safety, monitoring expenditure, transporters and other bills.
5. The candidate will monitor claims and goods returned.
6. The candidate will also maintain all documents, reports, process manuals.
7. Will also look after daily and monthly reports on dispatch, arrivals and closing stocks.
8. The candidate will also undertake cost analysis.
9. The candidate will look after stock clearance, monthly stock report and weekly stock checking.

| Candidate Profile The incumbent should have 10-15 yrs. of exp. in handling multi SKUs warehouse preferably from FMCG/ Footwear industry. He should have experience in dispatching large number of cartons through transporters all over India. Must have knowledge about local transportation points. The candidate should also have exposure to sales administration and billing exercise
QUALIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY:
Graduate/ PG Diploma in materials management will be an added advantage with 10-15 years of experience
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
MS- Office (Word, Excel. PowerPoint), SAP or ERP knowledge
COMPETENCIES :
Technical:
Knowledge of road permits
Knowledge of FIFO
Knowledge of local transportation & other commercial documentation.
