ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

1. The candidate will look after production planning & scheduling.
2. The candidate will look after line balancing.
3. The candidate will look after supervision of assembly line of at least 3 to 4 DIP machines.
4. The candidate will be responsible for co-ordination with stores & maintenance department.
5. The candidate will be responsible for per day productivity report, material consumption report, machine downtime report & performance report of every operator.

The candidate should have 6 to 8 experience in handling 80-100 workmen. Should be from shoe industry. Computer proficiency and working knowledge of ERP, SAP would be an added advantage. The candidate should have awareness about fire safety & 5S.

QUALIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY:

Diploma/ Certificate in footwear technology/ B. Sc with 6 - 8 years of experience

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
MS-Office(Word, Excel), Knowledge of ERP
