* Experience in design of Topsides and Jackets of Fixed Jacket Structures.
* Experience in analysis & design of fixed/ floating offshore structures with knowledge of using SACS.
* Analysis & Design includes the following:
* Design under In-service conditions
* In place analysis and Fatigue Analysis (Deterministic, Semi-probabilistic & Spectral)
* Earthquake analysis
* Collision/ Boat Impact
* Explosion and Redundancy.
* Design under Pre-service conditions Load out, Transportation, Launch, Floatation, Lift, Upending, Unpiled Stability, Docking and Pile Drivability.
* Conversant with structural steel design and analysis, welding design, stiffened plate and shell finite element analysis and hydrodynamics loading using API, AISC, AWS, DNV, ABS and other applicable codes and standards.
* Ability to lead team of engineers and coordination with clients. Provide technical guidance to discipline engineers.
* Identify training needs for departmental staff and arrange class room or on the job training.
* Establish norms for various departmental activities.
* Allot manpower for projects and review and optimize man hours
* Assimilate emerging new technologies and develop capabilities to carry out designs.
* Post Graduate/ Graduate Engineers with minimum 15 years experience in basic design and detail engineering in the respective engineering discipline.
* Candidate with experience should be in upstream oil & gas sector atleast 10years.
* Candidate should have worked as Lead design engineer for atleast 5years.
