R. O. TGTS:- 1st month - 10, 2nd Month - 12, 3rd month onwards - 16

First 2 months step up targets will be applicable only to new joinees.

Monthly targets would include all Online accounts whether SMC stand alone or SMC-PNB)

Monthly Payable = {Salary*25 %+( Salary-Salary*25%)* Achievement/ Target}

Desired Profile:
Candidate should have 0. 6 to 4 yrs of experience in Sales of Financial products like Saving Account, Current Account, CASA, Demat Account, Trading Account, Equity, Commodity. Should be Confident, excellent in selling skills. Aggressive and positive approach. Fresher with Good Communication skills will be considered.
