To look after the legal matters of Integrated Cement Plant at Rabriyawas, Rajasthan.
Should have thorough knowledge about PILs, Writs, labor laws, land laws, Consumer Lawas, Competion Law/ MRTP, C. P. C, Cr. P. C, Evidence Act and working of the Rajasthan High Court. Good interaction with local legal fraternity will be an asset.
Should be able to handle all legal matters of the plant independently and be really good in drafting.
Should have held relatively senior positions; taking reporting from few others officers/ Manger level.
Candidate Profile

Age limit should be in the range of 30-35 years.
Should be a domicile & locality of Rajasthan as he is expected to be familiar with the working of the local courts and High court of Rajasthan.
Should have excellent command over English, Hindi and local dialect.
Qualifications & Exp:
LLB/ LLM with at least 10 years of handling legal matters for a large corporate.
Advocates with 10 -12 years of experience will also be considered provided they possess corporate legal experience for at least 3 years at middle level in a reputed manufacturing
company.
