Mechanical systems include a new chilled water plant with six (6) 750-ton chillers, air handling units, piping and control systems, raised floor air-conditioning, a new thermal storage tank, a raw water tank, a fire pump system and a fire suppression system.

A Building Automation System to monitor and control the mechanical system via a direct digital interface with over 5000 hard points.

Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) to monitor the electrical power system.

Fire suppression system to manage fire hazards within the FACILITY.

In addition we have a plethora of underground Duct Banks.

Qualification: (Min). BS in relevant Engineering field.

Experience: At least 6 years of experience in Data Centers commissioning.

Project Executed: At least 3 Data Center Projects, one of which as Lead Engineer
