a)Graduate degree (BSc Mathematics, Science etc. )
b) Strong communication skills (no need of American accent)
c) Ability to pick up the phone and have a conversation with a US-based client
d) Strong Excel knowledge a plus
e) Ability to write clear concise status reports
f) Ability to work UK/ US shift
