Creating a filing system, Maintenance of paper records and documents in relevant files.
Handling incoming and outgoing mails, faxes & couriers.
Handling visa applications and formalities.
Co-coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements in Flight, train, car & hotel bookings as required from time-to-time by coordinating with Travel agencies. |
