Description:
Job Profile : Responsible for creating an ambience for excellent shopping experience to the customers.
Responsible for the entire store activities which would include sales, profit/ loss, shrinkage, finance, people orientation, stock management and customer service.
Accountable for the overall performance of the store.
Ensure raise in sales and profit at all times.
Plan strategies to improve and maintain the Transaction matrix- Average bill size, conversions, sales per sq feet, etc)
Resolve all conflicting issues arising out of miscommunication in the store and resolve the same with immediate action plan.
Specifications :
Graduate/ PG with 5-6 years of retail experience
Should possess high levels of detail orientation, customer service orientation and basic financial understand
Should possess high levels of Creativity and leadership quality
Should be an effective communicator and should possess strong people management skills.
