Required technical skill set:
- Experience in design of SMPS, AC/ DC, DC/ AC, DC/ DC power converters including power and control.
- Experience in selection of MOSFETs, IGBTS and other power devices
- Experience in Design of products to comply with EMI/ EMC standards
- Experience in Design of Experiments to validate a product according to product specification.
- Experience in using simulation tools like, PSpice, Saber, Mathcad, Mathlab, Matlab etc.
- Experience with schematic entry in orcad.
- Experience in Micro controller/ DSP based system design
- Experience in using test equipments like DSO, power analyzers, Dataloggers, programmable AC/ DC sources etc.

Soft skills:
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership skills.
- Understanding of 5s methodology
- ISO system of documentation
- Good team player

Job responsibility:
-The person in this role is responsible to design and develop an industrial electronics product from customer specification till Production.
-The person should design experiments to validate the designs according to the customer requirement and ensure product quality and reliability.
-Guide the test team during the Design verification test and quality tests.
-Should be part of the team that analyze Root cause of field returns.
-Should be responsible to Document the design of product and experiments.
