#To identify & understand the client's need & offer the best solution
#Interacting with Walk in enquiries and converting them to business by Counseling and providing
services.
# Team Management:Position(Responsibilities, authority and benefits), Recruitment, Performance appraisal & Control.
#Task Completion (Pipeline & Routine Basis) & implementation of plans &
policies.

Desired Profile:

Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English

Remuneration & Benefits:
Fixed Salary+Commission on Net Revenue+ Mediclaim & Accidental Insurance + Training & Exposure of Management of profit point
Net Revenue Means all Revenue Received in any month From all channels Minus all amounts on Consumables on Proportionate Basis paid in any month except infrastructure, permanent or Long term assets, including hoarding, machinery, Paint, Air-condioning etc. and/ or rent, interest, depreciation etc.
